Construction Services in Dallas, TX

SOCON did a new sidewalk and ramp at our place. They were quick, the work looks good, and the price was fair. Speaks English and Spanish which helped a lot. Would hire them again.

Sotero Sanchez and Socon Construction rescued me from an inexperienced, unsatisfactory contractor who was slowly destroying my concrete-and-stone pool deck! On short notice, Sotero took on the job and, within one day, completed all necessary repairs, including replacing three pool edge stones damaged by the previous contractor. As a result, Socon is my "go-to" contractor for all concrete and stone repairs, as well as new projects. Sotero was extremely professional, prompt, and efficient. Because the project was in extremis, he personally oversaw the repairs to ensure a high-quality finish. He is highly recommended for any homeowner or business!

As a land surveyor I am familiar with the construction process and quality work. SOCON was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. Will definitely use them for future projects!

If you want professional work and good pricing, SOCON is your company for concrete projects and more. Great people to work with!

I was impressed by the level of technical skill Socon Construction LLC brought to our project. They managed the grading with total precision, focusing heavily on proper drainage and stable elevations. It’s the kind of quality craftsmanship that gives you total confidence in the rest of the construction. They truly set the foundation for a successful project.

We had 3 estimates done in the same day for a simple shop extension. Sotero showed up prepared, explained the entire process in depth, and even gave us new ideas! We ended up with not only the shop extension we needed, but added space for an outdoor kitchen, sidewalk to our pool and driveway repairs! The team’s clean up was spotless and timely. Would highly recommend him & his team. Would call him back for any future projects! Thank you, SoCon!!!
